I have answered the questions above truthfully and completely. I understand that all though the animal is under my care, the animal remains property of All Breed Animal Rescue until otherwise advised. I also understand that All Breed Animal Rescue takes care of all medical expenses occurred while caring for this animal. However, All Breed Animal Rescue only uses Pet Sound Animal Hospital as its medical provider. I as the foster parent am responsible for food and exercise given to the animal. I understand that I receive foster care animals at my own risk and can reject or return any animals for which All Breed Animal Rescue has asked me to provide care.
